Alternate Ways To Contact IDeACOM

 

In an attempt to better serve you, IDeACOM has updated our disaster recovery backup plan to provide you with alternate ways to contact us during an emergency or major outage.  If you are unable to reach IDeACOM during a power outage resulting from a severe storm, flood, or any other reason, please try one of the following options:

1) Call (973) 228-3800 to reach our Hosted Voice Over IP system.  If you reach voice mail, leave a message with details about the reason for your call along with a phone number for one of our on-call representatives to contact you at.
2) Click on the "Place A Service Call" link on our website.  Complete the brief form and click submit.  This which will send an email to multiple recipients, and someone will call you back.
3) Send an SMS text message via email by clicking on the following link: 
Text IDeACOM.  (Please limit your message to 160 characters or less).
