2010 is almost in the books, and although it doesn't look like we're going to set any new records, there are still many things we can be grateful for. 

 

The industry continues to change, and you'll be happy to know that IDeACOM is prepared and ready to assist with your 2011 technology plans.  We welcome some new vendor-partners into our extensive portfolio, and are happy to introduce some new products and services from existing partners.

 

You've already seen an announcement about our Carrier Assurance Plan which goes into effect January 1st.  We'll also be rolling out our Telco Disaster Recovery Plan in early Q1.  In addition, the Vertical Wave-IP 2.0 release added some new functionality; and we're excited about the planned MBX-IP launch in January.  The Zultys Media Exchange (MX) is a pure IP platform that fills a niche and offers some scaleable & robust capabilities.
